Few drinks hit the spot quite like a tall glass of fruity, citrusy iced tea on a warm day, and this one delivers serious flavor with surprisingly little effort. Fresh raspberries are simmered down into a gorgeous deep-red syrup sweetened with maple syrup, which means no refined sugar and nothing artificial sneaking into your glass. Bright lemon juice cuts through the sweetness and plays beautifully off the bold black tea base, giving you that perfect balance of tart and refreshing. The whole thing comes together in a pitcher and chills until you're ready to pour, making it ideal for entertaining or just treating yourself on a slow afternoon. Straining the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve gives the finished drink a smooth, jewel-toned look that's honestly stunning over ice with a few lemon slices and a sprig of mint. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of dairy, so there's no swapping or substituting required — just clean, vibrant flavors from start to finish.

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then let the tea cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
While the tea steeps, combine the raspberries, 1/2 cup water, and maple syrup in the same saucepan (or a small one) over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries gently with the back of a spoon, until the berries have broken down completely and the liquid is deep red, about 5–6 minutes.
