Tart raspberries, bright lemon, and a hint of maple come together in a sparkling drink that feels genuinely special without requiring much effort at all. The homemade raspberry syrup is the real star here — simmered down with maple syrup and water, then strained until silky smooth, it delivers a deep berry flavor that no store-bought mix can touch. Fresh lemon juice keeps things lively and a little tangy, while the chilled sparkling water adds that satisfying fizz right before serving. Every single ingredient in this cooler is naturally free from tree nuts, so there's no label-scanning or substitution stress involved — just clean, simple components you can feel good about. A handful of fresh mint and a few lemon slices on the rim make it look like something you'd order at a nice café. It's perfect for warm afternoons, weekend brunches, or any time you want something refreshing that still feels a little elevated.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the syrup is slightly thickened, about 6–8 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold, at least 30 minutes.
