Bright, fruity, and endlessly refreshing, this sparkling drink is built entirely from real, whole ingredients — fresh raspberries, squeezed lemons, maple syrup, and bubbly water. No powdered mixes, no store-bought syrups with questionable additives, and absolutely nothing derived from animal collagen to worry about. The homemade raspberry syrup is the star: simmered until the berries break down and the liquid thickens into something deeply flavorful, then strained smooth for a jewel-toned base that looks as gorgeous as it tastes. Maple syrup steps in as a natural sweetener that blends beautifully with the tart lemon juice, giving the whole drink a rounded, complex sweetness without any refined sugar. Once you pour in the chilled sparkling water, the color blooms into a vivid pink that makes it feel almost too pretty to drink — almost. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice and you've got something that works equally well at a backyard gathering or a quiet afternoon on the porch.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the syrup is slightly thickened, about 6–8 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold, at least 30 minutes.
