Staying well-hydrated while breastfeeding is genuinely important, and plain water gets old fast. This sparkling raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes you actually want to reach for your glass — bright, fruity, and just sweet enough without going overboard. The homemade raspberry syrup is built from fresh berries, maple syrup, and water, so you know exactly what's in every sip — no artificial dyes, no mystery sweeteners, nothing you'd want to second-guess. Fresh lemon juice adds a zingy lift that pairs beautifully with the berry base, and the sparkling water keeps things festive without any caffeine or additives to worry about. It comes together in a pitcher, which means you can make a batch and keep it in the fridge for easy pouring throughout the day. A few mint sprigs and lemon slices on top make it feel like something you'd order at a nice café, which is a small but real mood boost when you're running on little sleep.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the syrup is slightly thickened, about 6–8 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold, at least 30 minutes.
