Tart raspberries, bright lemon, and a touch of maple syrup come together in a sparkling drink that feels like summer in a glass. The process starts by gently simmering the berries down into a rich, jewel-toned syrup, which gets strained smooth before the citrus is stirred in — the result is clean, vibrant flavor without any bitterness or seeds. Once the syrup cools, a slow pour of cold sparkling water brings the whole thing to life with a satisfying fizz. Served over ice with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice, it's the kind of drink that looks far more impressive than the effort it takes to make. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of soy, so there's no label-reading required — just real fruit, fresh citrus, and a natural sweetener doing all the work. It's a perfect pitcher drink for a backyard gathering or a refreshing afternoon treat that the whole crowd can enjoy.

Combine the raspberries, water, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a wooden spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the mixture is deep red and steaming, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a pitcher, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp left in the strainer.
