Bright, bubbly, and bursting with real fruit flavor, this sparkling raspberry lemonade-style drink is the kind of refreshment that feels almost too pretty to sip. Every ingredient here is exactly what it says it is — fresh raspberries, real lemon juice, lemon zest, and maple syrup — so you never have to second-guess what's going into your glass. The raspberries get gently cooked down with maple syrup until they're deeply fragrant and jammy, then strained into a silky ruby syrup that forms the backbone of the whole drink. A generous pour of fresh lemon juice and zest cuts through the sweetness with a bright, citrusy edge that keeps things lively. Folding in cold sparkling water at the end keeps the fizz intact, giving you that satisfying effervescence in every sip. Served over ice with a sprig of mint and a lemon slice, it's as stunning on a summer table as it is easy to pull together.

Combine the raspberries, water, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a wooden spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the mixture is deep red and steaming, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a pitcher, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp left in the strainer.
