Tart raspberries, bright lemon, and a touch of maple syrup come together in a sparkling drink that feels like summer in a glass. The process starts by gently simmering the berries down into a rich, jewel-toned syrup before straining out the seeds for a silky-smooth result. Fresh lemon juice and zest layer in that citrusy punch, and a slow pour of cold sparkling water keeps every sip lively and effervescent. Served over ice with optional mint and lemon slices, it's as pretty as it is refreshing. Every single ingredient here is naturally free from tree nuts, so there's no label-scanning or substitution stress involved — just wholesome, vibrant produce doing all the work. It's the kind of drink that disappears fast at a backyard gathering, and the good news is it comes together with minimal effort and maximum payoff.

Combine the raspberries, water, and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries against the side of the pan with a wooden spoon, until the berries have completely broken down and the mixture is deep red and steaming, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a pitcher, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp left in the strainer.
