These little chocolate cups are the kind of treat that looks like it came from a fancy confectionery, but they come together with a handful of real, wholesome ingredients right in your own kitchen. The shells are built from high-cacao dark chocolate melted with coconut oil, which keeps the whole thing naturally free of dairy without any substitutes or compromises on richness. A double hit of peppermint — once in the shell, once in the filling — gives every bite that cool, refreshing lift that makes chocolate feel extra indulgent. Inside, fresh strawberries and blueberries bring brightness and a little juicy pop, while chopped walnuts and almonds add satisfying crunch and staying power. Maple syrup ties the filling together with just enough sweetness, and a pinch of flaky sea salt on top makes the flavors sing. The silicone mini muffin pan does all the heavy lifting for shaping, and once they set in the fridge, they pop out cleanly into perfect little domes. They keep well for a few days chilled, which makes them a brilliant make-ahead option for gatherings, gifting, or just having something special waiting in the fridge.

Place the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over the lowest heat setting, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Using a small spoon or pastry brush, coat the inside of each cavity of a 24-cup silicone mini muffin pan with a thin, even layer of the melted chocolate, working it about 3/4 of the way up the sides. Reserve the remaining melted chocolate for sealing the cups. Refrigerate the pan for 10 minutes, until the chocolate shells are firm to the touch.
