Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the pecans to a food processor and pulse 8–10 times until coarsely chopped — the pieces should be roughly the size of coarse breadcrumbs, with no large chunks remaining. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in the parsley, basil, dried thyme, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil until the mixture holds together loosely.
