Summer in a glass doesn't get much more refreshing than this sparkling watermelon and lime drink. Fresh watermelon gets blended smooth and strained into a clean, jewel-toned juice, then brightened with real lime juice and just a touch of honey for natural sweetness. A pinch of sea salt pulls everything together in a way that makes the fruit flavor pop without tasting sugary. Managing a nickel sensitivity often means scrutinizing ingredient lists for hidden culprits like whole grains, legumes, and certain nuts — none of which show up here. This cooler keeps things beautifully simple: fruit, citrus, honey, and sparkling water, all low-risk ingredients that let you sip without second-guessing. It's elegant enough to serve at a backyard gathering but easy enough to throw together on a weeknight when you just need something cold and delicious.

Add the watermelon cubes to a blender and blend on high until completely smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
Pour the blended watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer set over a pitcher, pressing gently with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids.
