A classic margarita gets a clean, whole-food upgrade here, swapping out the usual triple sec and refined simple syrup for fresh orange juice and a quick honey syrup you make yourself in about two minutes. The result is bright, citrusy, and just sweet enough ā the kind of drink that tastes like it took way more effort than it did. Blanco tequila made from 100% agave keeps things pure and unfussy, while freshly squeezed lime and orange juice bring a vibrancy that bottled mixes simply can't match. A vigorous shake over ice chills everything down and gives the cocktail that perfectly diluted, frosty texture you want in a great margarita. The optional salt rim adds a savory contrast that makes every sip pop. It's naturally free of processed sweeteners, artificial flavors, and any of the nut-based liqueurs that can sneak into cocktail recipes ā just real ingredients doing exactly what they're supposed to do.
