A classic margarita is already a crowd-pleaser, but this version takes things up a notch by swapping out the usual triple sec and simple syrup for fresh orange juice and a quick honey syrup you make yourself. The result is a bright, citrus-forward cocktail that feels a little more natural and a lot more vibrant than anything you'd pour from a bottle. Since honey replaces refined sugar and every ingredient here is plant-based, there's nothing to second-guess ā no hidden dairy, no mystery additives, just clean, real-deal flavors. The honey syrup comes together in about two minutes on the stovetop, and once it's cool, you're basically just shaking and pouring. Blanco tequila made from 100% agave keeps things pure and lets the fresh lime and orange juice really shine. Whether you salt the rim or keep it clean, this is the kind of drink that tastes like it took way more effort than it actually did.
