A bright, citrus-forward cocktail made with 100% agave blanco tequila, fresh-squeezed lime and orange juice, and a quick honey syrup ā this margarita is clean, refreshing, and completely free of the spice blends and flavored mixes that can sneak unwanted ingredients into your glass. Most store-bought margarita mixes and cocktail syrups are a minefield of additives, so making your own honey syrup from scratch takes just a couple of minutes on the stovetop and gives you full control over every drop. The natural sweetness of honey pairs beautifully with the tartness of fresh lime, creating that perfect sweet-sour balance without relying on anything processed. Shaking the cocktail vigorously over ice gives it that frosty, slightly frothy finish you'd expect from a great bar pour. A salted rim and a lime wedge on the glass make it feel genuinely festive, whether you're hosting or just treating yourself on a weeknight. It's the kind of drink that proves simple, whole ingredients always win.
