Rich, golden, and impossibly simple, this honey ghee is the kind of condiment that makes everything it touches taste more special. Ghee brings a deep, nutty warmth while raw honey adds floral sweetness, and together they melt into a silky spread that feels almost indulgent. A pinch of sea salt is optional but highly recommended — it sharpens the sweetness and makes the whole thing pop. The stovetop process takes just a few minutes, and within about ten minutes of cooling you have a soft, scoopable spread ready to go. It's wonderful on toast, roasted vegetables, pancakes, or stirred into warm oatmeal. Because every ingredient here is whole and minimally processed, you don't have to second-guess what's in it the way you might with flavored butters or store-bought spreads. Keep a jar on the counter and you'll find yourself reaching for it constantly.

Combine the ghee and honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring gently, until the ghee is fully melted and the honey is completely dissolved into it, about 2–3 minutes.
