Oregano is fine during pregnancy in normal cooking amounts - this recipe uses about 1/4 tsp per serving. The caution is about concentrated oregano oil and large medicinal doses.












Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and brush or spray it lightly with olive oil.
Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble fine, even crumbs — about the texture of couscous. Working in batches if needed, transfer the riced cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes, until steamed through and tender.
