Three kinds of berries — strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries — come together in a vibrant, jewel-toned sheet that tastes like summer concentrated into a single chewy strip. A touch of honey rounds out the tartness, fresh lemon juice brightens everything, and a whisper of Ceylon cinnamon adds just enough warmth to make it feel a little special. Store-bought fruit snacks are a minefield of additives, thickeners, and grain-based fillers, but this one is made entirely from whole fruit and a handful of pantry staples — nothing hidden, nothing unnecessary. The purée gets strained to remove seeds before it ever hits the pan, so the finished texture is impossibly smooth and satisfying to bite through. Low-and-slow oven drying does all the heavy lifting; you just spread it thin, walk away, and come back to something that peels off the mat in one gorgeous, pliable sheet. Rolling each strip in parchment makes them easy to grab on the way out the door, pack into a lunchbox, or stash in a bowl on the counter for whenever a snack craving hits.
