Warm, bubbling fruit filling topped with a golden, nutty crumble ā this is the kind of dessert that makes everyone hover near the oven. A generous mix of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries gets tossed with maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and a squeeze of lemon juice before baking into something jammy and fragrant. The topping layers rolled oats, almond flour, and sliced almonds with coconut oil and maple syrup, clumping into satisfying, crunchy clusters that contrast beautifully with the soft fruit underneath. Arrowroot starch does the quiet work of thickening the filling so you get clean, luscious scoops rather than a watery puddle. Everything here is naturally free of coffee, tea, chocolate, and other common stimulants, so it's a genuinely worry-free treat for anyone keeping a close eye on what they consume. Let it rest for those ten minutes after it comes out of the oven ā the filling tightens up and the whole thing becomes even easier to serve. Pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream and you have a dessert that feels far more impressive than the effort involved.
