This sparkling drink is a bright, herbaceous showstopper that tastes like it came straight from a craft cocktail bar. Fresh grapefruit and lime juice bring a punchy citrus backbone, while a homemade rosemary-honey syrup adds a floral, earthy sweetness that you simply cannot get from a bottle. Muddled mint layered underneath all of that citrus makes every sip feel cool and incredibly refreshing. The whole thing comes together with a top of chilled sparkling water, so the final glass is lively, effervescent, and gorgeous. Since every ingredient here is whole, fresh, and naturally free of tree nuts, there is zero label-reading stress — just good, clean flavor. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig and it looks almost too pretty to drink. Almost.

Combine the honey, water, and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the honey fully dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let the rosemary steep for 15 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the rosemary. Cool the syrup completely before using.
Place the 12 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or large jar. Muddle firmly until the leaves are bruised and fragrant, about 10 presses.
