Larger servings of broccoli add up in fermentable sugars that a low fructose diet watches; the small portion used here (about a cup or less per serving) keeps that load low, so it is likely Low Fructose. If you prefer to always avoid broccoli heads, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

A serving of up to about one and three-quarter cups of snap peas is low in fructose. This recipe contains only about 1/4 cup per serving, making it likely Low Fructose. If you prefer to always avoid snap peas, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

Place the broccoli florets and sliced carrots in a microwave-safe dish. Scatter the snap peas on top. Drizzle the water over the vegetables.
Cover the dish tightly with a microwave-safe lid or a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then check: the carrots should be just barely tender when pierced with a fork and the broccoli should be bright green. If the carrots still feel firm, cover and microwave in 30-second bursts until just tender, up to 2 minutes more.
