Bright, tangy, and loaded with fresh strawberry flavor, this infused water is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a special occasion. Real strawberries are steeped in a maple syrup simple syrup until they release all their gorgeous color and sweetness, then strained into a pitcher with plenty of fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of gluten, so there's no label-reading stress — just clean, wholesome refreshment. The combination of still and sparkling water gives it a lively, almost cocktail-like fizz that makes it feel a little fancy without any extra effort. A handful of ice, a lemon slice, and a sprig of fresh mint turn each glass into something you'd happily serve at a summer gathering or a lazy weekend brunch. It's endlessly refreshing, totally crowd-pleasing, and proof that the best drinks don't need anything artificial to taste incredible.

Combine the maple syrup and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the syrup is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Add the hulled and halved strawberries to the cooled maple syrup and press gently with a spoon to release their juice. Let the berries steep for 15 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
