Tuna is fine during pregnancy in measured amounts. This recipe has about 2.5 oz per serving - keep it to roughly one serving a week if you are using albacore or white tuna, or two to three a week for chunk light.











In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dill, parsley, scallion greens, salt, and turmeric. Flake and stir with a fork until the mixture is evenly combined and the tuna is broken into small, uniform pieces.
Taste the filling and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed โ it should taste bright and well-seasoned.
