Bright, citrusy, and just a little earthy from fresh turmeric and ginger, this blended cooler is the kind of drink that makes you feel genuinely good about what you're sipping. Every drop of sweetness here comes from real ingredients — fresh-squeezed orange juice, lemon, and a single tablespoon of honey — so there's no mystery syrup lurking in the background. That matters more than people realize, since so many store-bought juices and flavored drinks sneak in corn syrup even when they look wholesome on the label. The carrots get blended smooth and then strained out, leaving behind a silky, jewel-toned liquid that's surprisingly refined for something made entirely in a blender. Fresh basil adds an herbal lift that plays beautifully against the citrus, and the ginger gives it just enough of a kick to keep things interesting. It comes together in minutes and looks stunning in the glass with an orange slice and a sprig of basil on top — effortlessly impressive without any effort at all.

Add the chopped carrots, orange juice, lemon juice, cold water, grated ginger, honey, basil leaves, and turmeric to a blender. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and no large carrot pieces remain.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large measuring cup or bowl. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer, pressing on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.
