3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup water

Instructions

1
Set the Instant Pot to Sauté (Normal). Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until no pink remains and the meat is browned in spots, about 7–8 minutes. Tilt the pot and spoon off all but about 1 tbsp of the rendered fat.
2
Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and the onion is translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
