White peaches are one of those fruits that feel almost too pretty to blend — but trust the process, because the result is something genuinely special. Combined with blueberries, a touch of raw honey, and a whisper of fresh ginger, this smoothie is floral, lightly sweet, and refreshing in a way that feels more like a treat than a health drink. Smoothies can be a minefield when you're trying to avoid high-histamine ingredients like fermented dairy, citrus, or certain protein powders, but this one sidesteps all of that with a clean, simple lineup. Oat milk keeps things creamy without the histamine concerns that come with aged or cultured dairy, and every ingredient here is straightforward and fresh. The tiny amount of grated ginger adds just enough warmth to make the flavors pop without overwhelming the delicate peach. It blends up in under two minutes and makes two servings, so it's an easy weekday breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up you can actually feel good about.

PRODUCE White Peach

Small amounts of fresh ginger are often well-tolerated on a low histamine diet. This recipe only uses about 1/4 teaspoon per serving. If you prefer to always avoid fresh ginger, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

Add the white peach pieces, blueberries, oat milk, honey, grated ginger, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high speed until completely smooth and no fruit chunks remain, about 45–60 seconds. If the smoothie is thicker than you'd like, add oat milk 2 tbsp at a time and blend briefly until it reaches a pourable consistency.
