Only unpasteurized juice is a concern in pregnancy. Packaged juice and coconut water sold in stores is treated - if there is no "not pasteurized" warning on the label, it is fine.




In a pitcher or large measuring cup, stir together the white grape juice, coconut water, and honey until the honey is fully dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Gently press the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma, then add them to the pitcher. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes so the mint infuses.
