2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

1
Combine the honey, sriracha, lime juice, tamari, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and turmeric in a small saucepan.
2
Warm the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until the honey is fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth and just beginning to bubble at the edges, about 3–4 minutes. Watch closely once it starts to bubble, as the honey can scorch quickly.
