Tart, floral, and fizzing with color, this sparkling cooler is the kind of drink that makes you feel like you're doing something genuinely good for yourself — because you are. Pomegranate is loaded with polyphenols that support a healthy gut microbiome, and honey brings its own gentle prebiotic qualities to the glass. The mint-infused honey syrup is a small but brilliant touch, steeping just long enough to add an herbal lift without overpowering the bright, ruby-red juice. Everything here is whole, recognizable, and free from the artificial sweeteners or additives that can quietly disrupt digestion. Pressing your own pomegranate juice takes only a few minutes and means you're getting the real thing — no concentrate, no preservatives, no guesswork. The slow pour of chilled sparkling water keeps the bubbles lively right up until the first sip, making this as satisfying to drink as it is to look at. It's refreshing enough for a hot afternoon and elegant enough to serve to guests who have no idea they're drinking something that's actually kind to their gut.

Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the honey fully dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add the 2 mint sprigs, remove from heat, and let steep for 10 minutes until fragrant. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the mint. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 5 minutes.
To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half and press each half firmly on a citrus juicer, or press the arils through a fine-mesh strainer with the back of a spoon, until you have 1 cup of juice. Discard the solids.
