Fresh pomegranate, raw honey, mint, and sparkling water — that's the entire lineup here, and every single ingredient is exactly what it says it is. For anyone navigating preservatives like BHA and BHT, that kind of transparency is genuinely refreshing, because those additives have a way of sneaking into bottled juices, flavored syrups, and even some sparkling beverages. Making your own honey-mint syrup takes just a few minutes on the stovetop, and pressing juice straight from a whole pomegranate means you know precisely what's going into your glass. The result is a drink that's jewel-toned, lightly sweet, and beautifully herbal — the kind of thing that looks like it came from a fancy café but costs a fraction of the price. Pouring the sparkling water slowly down the side of the glass keeps every sip effervescent and bright. Scatter a few pomegranate arils on top and you've got something that's as stunning to look at as it is to drink.

Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the honey fully dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add the 2 mint sprigs, remove from heat, and let steep for 10 minutes until fragrant. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the mint. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, about 5 minutes.
To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half and press each half firmly on a citrus juicer, or press the arils through a fine-mesh strainer with the back of a spoon, until you have 1 cup of juice. Discard the solids.
