Use a stick or block-style dairy-free butter - not a soft tub spread - and swap one-for-one.
3 tbsp honey
¼ tsp flaky sea salt
Chef's tip
Fine salt won't give the same crunchy finish - use a smaller pinch and sprinkle just before serving.

Instructions

Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed for 1–2 minutes, until pale and fluffy.

Add the honey and flaky sea salt, then beat on medium-low speed for another 1 minute, until fully combined and smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl once.
