Tuna is fine during pregnancy in measured amounts. This recipe has about 2.5 oz per serving - keep it to roughly one serving a week if you are using albacore or white tuna, or two to three a week for chunk light.











Drain the tuna thoroughly, then transfer it to a mixing bowl and break it apart with a fork until no large chunks remain.
Add the coconut cream, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the bowl. Stir with the fork until the mixture is evenly combined and slightly creamy in texture.
