This vibrant dip swaps out chickpeas for edamame, giving you a creamy, protein-rich base that blends beautifully with tahini, fresh citrus, and a hit of harissa for gentle heat. Turmeric and cumin pull serious anti-inflammatory weight here, and the combination of orange zest, orange juice, and lemon juice keeps every bite bright and lively. Extra virgin olive oil shows up twice — once blended in for richness and again as a finishing drizzle — which only deepens the whole-food goodness of the bowl. The food processor does most of the work, and the result is a silky, swirl-worthy hummus that looks like it came from a fancy café. Carrot sticks, cucumber spears, and red bell pepper strips round out the spread with crunch and color, making this a complete snack or starter that serves four without any fuss. Optional sesame seeds and fresh parsley on top take it from weeknight-easy to genuinely impressive.
