2 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
12 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chef's tip
If the dish is baked or melted, cover it or keep the heat gentle - dairy-free shreds melt more slowly than dairy cheese.
2 cups baby spinach leaves (optional)

Instructions

1
In a medium bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and evenly combined.
2
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in an even layer all the way to the edges.
