Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 2 1/4 teaspoons per serving, which is likely fine.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, 2 tbsp olive oil, dried oregano, ground ginger, turmeric, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add the chicken breasts, turn to coat, and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, make the dressing: whisk together the coconut cream, apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, dill, chives, parsley, and 1/2 tsp salt in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
