2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
Ingredient note
Herbs and spices can carry nickel, so a low nickel diet limits them, but the small amount of oregano used to season this recipe is likely fine. If you prefer to always avoid oregano, please tap it and change its rating to Red.
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

1
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and whisk until the mixture looks slightly emulsified and uniform.
2
Add the garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk again until all the spices are evenly distributed throughout the oil mixture.
