There is something genuinely refreshing about a drink that tastes this good with nothing artificial holding it together. Red seedless grapes get blended with fresh mint and a splash of cold water, then strained into a pitcher for a naturally vibrant, purple-pink infusion that looks stunning and tastes even better. A little maple syrup and fresh lemon juice can be stirred in if you want a hint of sweetness or brightness, but the grape and mint combo is already doing serious heavy lifting on its own. Because every ingredient here is whole and recognizable, you never have to second-guess what's actually in your glass — no additives, no stabilizers, nothing that needs a chemistry degree to decode. It chills in the fridge for about half an hour, which gives the flavors time to really come together before you pour it over ice. Dress it up with a sprig of fresh mint and it looks like something from a spa menu, but it comes together in your own kitchen with almost zero effort.

Add the grapes, mint leaves, and 1 cup of the cold water to a blender. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until the grapes are fully broken down and the mixture is smooth and uniformly purple-pink.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer, pressing gently on the solids with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible, then discard the solids.
