Cook the sausage links in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the casings are browned all over, about 10–12 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool for 10 minutes, then slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
