1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
½ cup almond milk
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey

For topping

¼ cup gluten free granola
¼ cup fresh mixed berries
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1
Add the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, and honey to a blender. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula as needed, until completely smooth and thick — the mixture should be spoonable, not pourable. If the blender stalls, add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time, up to 2 additional tablespoons.
2
Divide the smoothie base evenly between two bowls. Working quickly before it softens, arrange the gluten free granola, fresh mixed berries, and sliced almonds on top. Scatter the chia seeds over each bowl, if using. Serve immediately.
