½ lb ground pork
½ cup gluten free breadcrumbs

See all
1 large egg
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

For the sauce

1 ½ cups bbq sauce (gluten free)

For serving

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, gluten free breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined — stop as soon as no streaks of breadcrumb remain; overmixing toughens the meatballs.
