Sweet, refreshing, and just a little zingy, this blended drink is the kind of thing you'll want to keep a pitcher of in the fridge all week. Juicy green grapes are blended with cold water, fresh ginger, a touch of honey, and a pinch of salt, then strained until silky smooth and poured over ice. The result is something that tastes far more special than the short ingredient list suggests. For anyone managing histamine sensitivity, finding a genuinely satisfying drink beyond plain water can feel limiting — citrus is often off the table, fermented beverages are out, and many store-bought options are loaded with additives. This one sidesteps all of that by leaning on fresh, whole ingredients that are naturally well-tolerated. The ginger adds a bright, warming note without overwhelming the delicate sweetness of the grapes, and a sprig of fresh mint on top makes it feel like something you'd order at a nice café. It serves four, so it's easy to batch ahead and chill until you're ready to pour.

Add the grapes, cold water, grated ginger, honey, and salt to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer, pressing gently on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
