Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 1 1/2 teaspoons per serving, which is likely fine.





Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large rimmed 18×13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the grated ginger, ground turmeric, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1/2 tsp salt until combined into a smooth glaze.
