Bold, bright, and packed with flavor, this shrimp stir-fry is the kind of weeknight dinner that feels like a treat without any of the fuss. Coconut aminos stand in for soy sauce throughout, delivering that savory, umami-rich depth while keeping the whole dish completely free of dairy ā no butter, no cream, no hidden milk solids anywhere in the ingredient list. The sauce comes together in seconds with a whisk, and once it hits the hot pan it turns glossy and clingy in under a minute, coating every piece of shrimp and vegetable in something genuinely craveable. Fresh ginger and garlic bloom in the center of the wok before everything gets tossed together, which is the kind of small step that makes a huge difference in the final flavor. Carrots, zucchini, and scallions add color and crunch, so you're getting a full, satisfying meal in one pan. A finishing scatter of dark-green scallion tops and fresh cilantro makes it look like something you'd order at a restaurant ā except you made it at home and know exactly what went into it.
