These little lettuce-wrapped patties are the kind of thing you make once and immediately add to the regular rotation. Ground beef gets loaded with fresh ginger, garlic, scallions, and a splash of coconut aminos before being seared in coconut oil until deeply browned and irresistible — no cheese, no butter, no cream anywhere in sight, so there's nothing to swap or stress over. The whole recipe is naturally free of dairy from start to finish, which means you're not hunting for substitutes or reading labels on condiments. The dipping sauce — coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, honey, and more ginger — comes together in seconds and adds a bright, tangy punch that ties everything together. Butter lettuce leaves stand in for buns, keeping things light and fresh while the julienned carrot and scallion greens add crunch and color. These are great for a casual weeknight dinner, a party spread, or anytime you want something that feels a little special without a lot of effort.
