Bright with fresh ginger, fragrant garlic, and a glossy sauce that clings to every slice of seared beef, this skillet dinner is the kind of weeknight meal that feels far more impressive than the effort involved. The combination of tender flank steak, sweet carrot matchsticks, and softened scallions creates layers of texture that make each bite genuinely satisfying. Every ingredient here is whole and straightforward — coconut aminos instead of conventional soy sauce, bone broth, arrowroot starch, and fresh aromatics — so there are no hidden preservatives like BHA or BHT lurking in the pantry staples. That matters more than it might seem, since those additives show up in a surprising number of packaged sauces, broths, and cooking oils that would otherwise seem totally innocent. The high-heat sear on the beef is what gives this dish its restaurant-quality depth, and the turmeric-spiked sauce ties everything together with a warm, slightly earthy finish. It comes together in one skillet, which means less cleanup and more time actually enjoying dinner.
