Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 3/4 teaspoon per serving, which is likely fine.




Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved radishes with the melted coconut oil and sea salt until evenly coated. Spread them cut-side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between pieces so they roast rather than steam.
