Combine the beef bone broth, ginger, garlic, and turmeric in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 12 minutes, until the broth is fragrant and the ginger and garlic have softened.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and honey, if using. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
