Fresh citrus and garden mint come together in a sparkling drink that feels like a reset button in a glass. The base is a homemade mint simple syrup made with maple syrup instead of refined white sugar β a small swap that keeps things gentle on a sensitive digestive system while adding a subtle depth of flavor. Freshly squeezed orange and lime juice bring natural brightness without any of the additives or artificial sweeteners lurking in store-bought beverages. The sparkling water gives it that satisfying fizz, and the whole thing comes together in a pitcher with almost no effort. It's the kind of drink that works equally well as a midday refresher or something pretty to set out for guests. Clean ingredients, no gut-disrupting extras, and honestly just a really beautiful thing to sip.

Combine the water and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the maple syrup fully dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Add the mint leaves to the warm syrup and press them gently with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon until fragrant and slightly bruised. Let the mint steep for 15 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the leaves to extract as much syrup as possible. Discard the spent mint.
