Tart, fruity, and brilliantly pink, this homemade lemonade is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a special occasion. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with maple syrup into a glossy, jewel-toned syrup that gets strained smooth before meeting a generous pour of freshly squeezed lemon juice — no artificial colors, no corn syrup, just real ingredients doing all the work. The result is a perfectly balanced pitcher drink that's bright and tangy with just enough berry sweetness to keep you coming back for another glass. Maple syrup steps in as the sweetener here, giving the syrup a slightly deeper, more complex flavor than plain sugar would. A handful of ice, a few lemon slices, and a sprig of fresh mint turn it into something that looks genuinely stunning on a table. It's easy enough to throw together on a weeknight but impressive enough to serve at a summer gathering without a second thought.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down completely and the mixture is bubbling and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp. Let the raspberry syrup cool for 15 minutes.
