Tart, vibrant, and almost too pretty to drink, this raspberry lemonade is the kind of thing that disappears fast at any gathering. A quick homemade raspberry syrup — made with fresh berries, maple syrup, and water — gets strained smooth before being stirred together with freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water, so every sip is bright and clean with no artificial flavors in sight. The maple syrup adds a subtle depth that plain sugar just can't match, and the whole thing comes together in well under half an hour. Served over ice with lemon slices and a sprig of fresh mint, it looks like something from a café menu but costs a fraction of the price. Because every ingredient here is naturally free from tree nuts, there's zero guesswork about what's actually in your glass — just real fruit, real citrus, and nothing you didn't put there yourself. It's equally at home at a backyard barbecue, a brunch spread, or just a quiet afternoon on the porch.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down completely and the mixture is bubbling and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp. Let the raspberry syrup cool for 15 minutes.
