Tart, fruity, and brilliantly pink, this raspberry lemonade is the kind of drink that makes a regular afternoon feel like a special occasion. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with maple syrup into a glossy, jewel-toned syrup that gets strained smooth before meeting a generous pour of freshly squeezed lemon juice. The result is bright and balanced — sweet enough to be refreshing, tart enough to keep you coming back for another sip. Since the whole recipe is built on fruit, maple syrup, and water, there's nothing hidden to worry about, making it a genuinely clean and crowd-pleasing option. Serve it over a tall glass of ice with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint for a presentation that looks far more effortful than it actually is. It's also easy to dial the sweetness or tartness to your liking — just taste and adjust before you pour.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down completely and the mixture is bubbling and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp. Let the raspberry syrup cool for 15 minutes.
