When summer calls for something bright and refreshing, this vibrant pink lemonade delivers in the most satisfying way. Fresh raspberries are simmered down with maple syrup into a gorgeous, jewel-toned syrup that brings natural sweetness and a deep berry flavor you simply cannot fake. Bottled lemonades and flavored drink mixes are notorious for relying on artificial flavoring agents to mimic what real fruit actually tastes like — this recipe skips all of that entirely. Every drop of flavor here comes from real lemons, real raspberries, and nothing else. The syrup gets strained smooth so you get a silky, seed-free pour that looks almost too pretty to drink. Served over ice with a few lemon slices and fresh mint, it's the kind of drink that makes people ask if you bought it somewhere fancy — and you get to say you made it yourself.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down completely and the mixture is bubbling and slightly thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl or measuring cup, pressing firmly on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the seeds and pulp. Let the raspberry syrup cool for 15 minutes.
